We all know the arguments, the internet memes, the confusion and more than anything, the wall between people when it comes to talking and truly understanding. I've been in this relationship for over 8 months. The best I've ever had it. Speaking from experience, communication and the patience it takes to keep something so promising, so special and not to mention, the work that goes into it all. What do you think we as humans sometimes don't notice when talking and carrying on a two sided conversation? For men, wemon never stop talking and when they don't talk, it's like why haven't you said anything? Were you even listening? Like common right?? For wemon, oh my gosh he never listens! I go out of my way for this or for this yet he never really understands! For all humans, it's neccecary to feel like your being understood. That someone actually took the time am work to get to know you. What if, instead of desperately trying to be understood our selves, why not try to honestly listen and let them be understood. It's absolutely dynamite to see what worlds can be opened to. My dearest fiancée, was the most shy person I have ever met. I talked and chatted as I usually do, since I did most of the talking, I actually didn't know much about him. When I took the time to hear him talk, and to listen to the things he said, I found this to be the most beautiful mind and soul. In the little words he said, filled my little heart. It's taken awhile, but just listening and understanding not only will get yourself understood, but you just might find somebody who's been needing you. It's a wonder what you can do with simply listening.
